Christmas Gift Ideas (part 6)
Have an very Etsy Christmas!
Etsy is a collaborative website of artist of handmade items. You will be safe ordering there; protected by the big, valiant, all-powerful “Pay Pal.”
“My Favorite Mirror” has Cute Mouse Pads, all for $14.00. Bought a ton for my friends. She has over 135 different styles by different artists.
Already told you about these Camera Straps, by the very talented Em Falconbridge. I received mine (for LB) and it is made with good quality materials. Very nice for the photographer in the family.
And I clued you in on Marisa at “Creative Thursday”. Here paintings start at $34. Great gift for kids.
Now let’s talk “Plushes.” They are all the rage at Etsy and I think they are downright adorable. “Wren Handmade” makes some of my favorites. They are more for adults, (who are immature, like me) then children, because of their price and handmadiness. Good stocking stuffer, especially for the adult who has a strong affection for a particular animal (Erik–read Stacey’s love of Giraffes. Larry-read me bunnies.)
I love this one too by “Super Cute Stuffed Toys”, $40.
“Made with love by Hannah” has these great Gingerbread necklaces for $18.00
I know YOU like to wear your Blinking Light Bulb Necklace every year, but these are nice for a friend.
Hannah’s also has the cutest skirts at her Etsy shop. I want…
“Reds Kitten” has these great mini photo albums for $5 each. Her handmade ornaments are nice too!
Don’t forget Annie’s Bears at her Etsy shop, $35.
One of the best things about ordering from Etsy is it comes right from the artist. They usually send a little note and a postcard (or a pack of gum-thanks Annie). Things like that thrill me to my toes. It makes me feel like I am a part of something, not just order # 125792486214752474b.
