Hey, Have You Happened To See The Most Beautiful iPod In The World?
I don’t want to panic anyone, but I seem to have lost my iPod. I have looked everywhere I can think it would have taken off to; under the seat of my car, in Ben’s treasure chest, or in Sunday’s handbag. No sign of it.
It looks like this:
and has playlists with the following titles:
Crowded House/Split Enz
Elvis Costello/Joe Jackson
1979
Roll down your window music
Music to be ashamed of (first song, “Even Now”, Barry Manilo)
8th grade roller-skating rink music
Inspire me to do SOMETHING, anything
Suz 40’s, Suz 70’s, Suz 80’s, Suz 90’s
Girls signing
And now for your listening pleasure (all Fresh Air and This American Life downloads)
Suz Jazz
Larry (lots of Pink Floyd, Supertramp and the mysterious song from his childhood called “Patches“)
Lloyd/Morrissey (for when I am down and want to stay there for a while)
Must brainwash kids into liking my music (includes lots of CSN, Blondie and Queen)
If you come across it, please handle it with care and call me. Make sure to tell it that all that talk on Saturday night about getting an iPhone or iTouch is just that, “talk.”
