Did ya know I once was totally into Roller Skating with lessons and COMPETITIONS. Yeah- we totally thought it was gonna be in the next Olympics. Ah…….Nope.
AND…. for Tucker’s 7th birthday we rented an entire roller skate rink (yup, Holiday Skate in Orange) and had a huge party. The best part? All the parents who skated. It was a BLAST.
Hey lets do that again! Maybe a fund raiser for a charity? But Larry has to promise to skate too. If they make skates in giant size that is…

what a fun video suzanne! i gave up rollerskating when i grew up and was always afraid of blades. but i’ve got the scarred knees to prove what a skate fanatic i was as a kid. i may just get me a pair of rollerskates too since you’re my idol!

Such a cute video and I have always loved that song! What a throw-back to my youth – I remember the year I got my own roller skates – they had a high white lace-up boot, green wheels, and super-puffy green and white pom poms. Oh yeah, I was the sh*t at the roller rink!

I had the roller skates as a kid and took my boys to a rink when they were little. Eventually we all switched to roller blades. And we all agree, Roller Skates are actually harder to maneuver than roller blades.
