Carrie Bradshaw Bores Me Too…Thanks Trendzilla

OC Weekly’s Trendzilla, by Vickie Chang goes off on “Sex in the city.” Finally, someone else who doesn’t, even remotely, see the appeal of that show.

Carrie Bradshaw bores me. Her fake column even bores me, and we never really even read it. And her friends, arrrh.

I wish Vickie had a show. Now THAT would be worth watching. I would want to be her sarcastic, but underneath-it-all loving, housewife friend who is always urging her to get married, and convert her to Mac (the computer not the makeup).

We would sit at the tables outside Costco eating our $1.50 slice of pizza, carts full of books, gallon containers of cashews and cheap camisoles (which are really great there BTW). We’d talk about how we are addicted to H&M and how we are afraid to drive to LA by ourselves for fear of our car breaking down in gang territory.

At least it would be better then RHOOC. I would call it “Satire in the Suburbs”
