This is my stocking from Christmas morning. I think my favorite thing is the plushie bunny Larry bought for me on Etsy from Bellasophia. I love the idea of Larry searching Etsy for a handmade bunny. He said he really had to poke around the site to find just the right one (…deep sigh of love and appreciation…)

I also received this book from him, Shop America Midcentury Storefront Design 1938-1950 and this sweater from Anthropologie.

I love this period of design. It reminds me of going shopping with my Grandma in downtown Burbank when I was a young girl. Those memories of shopping for yarn and buttons and eating grilled cheese sandwiches at the counter of her drugstore are some of the sweetest of my life.
