On our recent trip out to the desert we came along this new contraption that I think is ingenious. It's called a "phone booth" and they made it so you can talk on your cell phone in privacy. You go inside and it's quiet as a library in there.
They even give you a place to rest your arm if it gets tired from holding your iPhone.

Today I am listening to ElO's Telephone Line in honor of the industrious men and women who came up with the "phone booth."

Better yet if they had a universal charger port so you could talk and charge in peace and quiet

I think those booths are as big as your imagination. For instance, I would call those “Clothing Adjustment Booths” for unhooked bras, melvins, etc. I know some people who would call those “Intimacy Booths” for getting to know someone really, really well.
Still others call those Porta-Potties.
Ducksfan says
You are beautiful!!!

Who wooda thought phone booths would go the way of the typewriter !! And, I hadn’t even noticed. But, as they say, “that’s progress.!! Well, that’s a good thing.
