This picture feels like home to me–the railings, pier, bike path, Lifeguard Station, volleyball nets, Ruby’s. It’s all there.

Today I am listening to: Van Morrison’s “Into the Mystic.”

Fantastic photo! We didn’t quite make it down to your neck of the woods on our trip to California last year – we stayed in Santa Monica and we went to see an Angels vs Dodgers game at the Angels Stadium which was pretty cool! We only had two days in the area though before heading off to Vegas – I wish we had had more though. Also – LOVE your blog too and I am not just saying that because you were nice about mine!

When I first saw the photo I thought it was old HB. I’ve never seen the pier look like that. I love all the vertcal lines. Great shot – one that you just want to keep staring at.

That’s one of my all-time favorite songs. My baby sis and her hubby played that at their wedding reception for their first dance:)
I’d like for us to have a play date. We’ll go to your beach. How’s June looking??

Great photo Suz! I love the shadow of the fence on the cement. It has such an old school feel to it.
