Newport_beach_today

Today down in Newport Beach. **sigh** I wish I were on that little sailboat.

This is my photo for SkyWatch Friday. If you ever find yourself asking, “What does the sky look like in Auckland today?” You can go to SkyWatch and view the sky from every corner of the world.

Today I am listening to: Jack Johnson “Better Together.”

You can go to my BLIP.fm to listen to all my daily songs.

That’s such a lovely shot of the ocean. I forget their are beaches down that way. One of these days I’ll have to take the drive to check them out. I posted some shots of Santa Monica earlier this week. 🙂

Were you smoking in your stirrup pants when you took this? I’ve heard about the rule of thirds, I’m supposed to be learning about it in a photography class I’m taking next week. It’s beautiful whatever it is.

Beautiful shot. It brought back a rush of long ago memories from the brief time I lived in Costa Mesa and spent hours at Newport Beach!
    Thanks for the smile today!

Loving the beach shots, they make it easier for me to imagine that I’m not cooped up in the house on a wet and dreary fall ontario day. 🙂
