Tomorrow morning I have a meeting for the next issue of Broughton Quarterly. BQ, as we affectionately call it, is a travel magazine published by my husband’s company. I am the Life Style Editor.
I love going to meetings. It is one of my favorite things in the world to hastily walk into an early morning meeting, ginormous Cafe Vanilla in hand and plop myself down in a way that says, “I’m here, but don’t really want to be. Let’s get this thing over with.” But, secretly happy someone wants my opinion on something–anything. (Please do not tell the Editor I feel this way, might dismantle effect.)
